I ordered both then looked at what the connections were. The Hydraulic pump is the piston type and the the cable was cut just after the nut. I removed the net and a shaft with a spring attached was spinning.

Looking at the new cable the shaft end is round with a key stamped into it. What am I missing?

How does this mate with what is on the pump? It appears there are two male ends, is there a coupling mating the two that I'm missing? That should come out and then your new cable will agree with the pump. I thought about trying to pull it out, but getting someones input most times saves a lot of time and money.

I think I have a mental picture of your question but keep in mind, perhaps not. Your new cable should have a pressed square end, almost like the cable was machine ground portion about 1&1/4'. That end goes to the meter. Windows 8 Pro Build 9200 Activation Key Download. The end that slides into the hydraulic end has a round fitting with a small half moon key. This part is factory pressed onto that end of cable.you need to pull the old part out of the back of the pump fitting.

Apparently that's where the old one broke. Hope this is clear enough to aid your repair. Winds at 50-60MPH, now snow so I never got out to check the hydraulic end. Meanwhile I just got an email from YTD. Seems they shipped the incorrect part. So when I get the new one I'll keep everyone informed.

I really thought pulling the end that is visible would work. I ordered a armored cable and they sent a plain one. So they say there is a part that connects the two ends. Thanks everyone for the inpiut.
